# Changelog

> Product changes that affect how campaigns, calls and the API behave

<Update label="October 2026" description="Campaigns">
  **Campaigns you can trust to start and stop**

  * Campaigns have a status: **Draft**, **Active**, **Paused** and **Archived**. Activating a campaign now starts its agents, and pausing stops all of them while keeping queued contacts, redials and scheduled lists. Archived campaigns are read-only.
  * **Calling days**: pick the days of the week a campaign may call on, when creating it (next to the call window) or later from **Edit** on its Overview.
  * Calls only go out on the campaign's **calling days** and inside its window, including chat-to-call hand-offs whose voice agent is on a campaign.
  * Lists: a preview before upload, a choice of agent when a campaign has several, **Queue now**, schedules in IST that can be cancelled, **Clear queue** for one list's waiting contacts, and per-list progress.
  * A **Called** tab lists every number a campaign has called, with attempts, the latest outcome and why it ended.
  * Queueing on a draft or paused campaign succeeds with a warning; `POST /v1/campaigns/{id}/contacts` returns it in `warnings`. Adding contacts to an archived campaign returns `409`.

  **Call counts go up**

  Redials and callbacks now keep the list and campaign their first call came from. Every view that counts call logs per list or campaign therefore counts **attempts**, not contacts, and goes up: per-list and per-campaign call stats, `GET /v1/campaigns/{id}/status`, `GET /v1/calls?campaign_upload_id=`, the upload batch column in reports and call-log exports. Nothing is counted twice; redials that used to show under no list now show under theirs. For numbers of contacts, use list progress or the **Called** tab. Redials placed before this change keep no list.
