# Choosing an integration

> Buy a number from Osvi, or bring your own carrier over SIP

Two ways to get calls flowing, and one rule that governs capacity.

* **Buy a number in Osvi** — search by country and pattern, purchase, assign to an agent. Nothing else to set up.
* **Bring your own carrier** — keep your numbers where they are and point them at Osvi over SIP. Exotel additionally supports a WebSocket streaming mode.
* **Capacity** — one trunk channel carries one call at a time, so your channels cap what an agent's concurrency setting can actually achieve.
