Workspace → Concurrency shows how many calls each of your voice agents may run at the same time, and how much of your workspace’s total allowance is in use. Chat agents have no concurrency setting — this page and setting only apply to calls.
If you’re on a sub-account, your allocation is set by the parent account rather than changed here.

The page

A summary bar at the top shows how much of your workspace’s allowance is in use — for example, how many are currently allocated, how many are still available, or how many you’re over. Below it, every voice agent is listed with a Concurrent calls slider you can drag to raise or lower its limit. This isn’t a separate setting from the one on the agent itself — it’s the same value shown for every agent in one place, so you don’t have to open each one to see where your allowance went. Changing it here changes it on that agent’s own Advanced → Concurrency section too, and vice versa; see Models and Speech for what the per-agent control looks like and what it does on a call.

Going over your allowance

The total across your active agents can’t exceed your workspace’s allowance. Raising an agent’s limit past what’s left fails with an error message, and activating an agent whose limit no longer fits also fails. Contact support@osvi.ai to raise your workspace’s allowance.
